The fourth and final phase of Digital Dialogues took a different approach to the earlier phases. Although this phase contains nine case studies, they are smaller exemplars and have been written as much to provide ideas for those wishing to write-up their own engagement exercises. We’ve also produced two documents that will help government departments and agencies with the process of engagement. The first is a guide to effective digital engagement and the second a toolkit to help you carry out a post-exercise evaluation in a way that will be helpful, measurable and, if you wish, shareable.
